My name is Wendy and I understand that losing weight and improving fitness can be difficult but i've been there. Several years ago I was over weight and unfit so decided to make a change. I now help others do the same.
I have recently moved to Ruthin in North Wales and am loving everything rural Wales has to offer including the hills for walking with my dogs and running.
With years of success and experience, I can create a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for my clients. I'll will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
